ANNEX A
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
Insent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title
This Ordinance may be cited as the Prevention of Bribery
mendment) (No. ) Ordinance 1991.
Powers of search, and to obtain assistance
Section 15 of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201) is
ended
( ૧ ) by repcaling subsection (1)(c);
(b)
by repealing subsection (1A); and
(C)
in subsection (2) (b) by repealing "or in the exercise
of the power to detain conferred by subsection
(1) (c)".

Section 17 is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by repealing "and to detain,

subject to subsection (1A), any person found in any
such premises or place until such premises or place
have or has been searched"; and
by repealing subsection (1A).
