REGISTRATION OF THE HONG KONG/FRANCE AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT AT THE UN
1. Hong Kong has recently concluded a separated ASA with France, and we have undertaken to register it on Hong Kong's behalf at the UN.
2. I enclose accordingly 3 copies of the ASA (1 certified, 2 uncertified) together with a covering letter to the Secretary-General. This has been modelled on the precedent of the Hong Kong/Netherlands ASA which was registered in 1988, and has been cleared with our legal advisers.

be grateful if you could make the necessary arrangements, and let me know when the registration has been completed.
