REGISTRATION OF THE HONG KONG/NEW ZEALAND AND

HONG KONG/MALAYSIA AIR SERVICES AGREEMENTS AT THE UN

1. Hong Kong has recently concluded 2 separated ASAS with New Zealand and Malyasia, and we have undertaken to register them on Hong Kong's behalf at the UN.

2. I enclose accordingly 3 copies of each ASA (one certified, 2 uncertified) together with covering letters to the Secretary-General. These are modelled on the precedent of the Hong Kong/Netherlands ASA which was registered in

1988, and have been cleared with our legal advisers. should be grateful if you would make the necessary arrangements, and let me know when the registration has been completed.
