The Convention and its two Protocols concluded in Brussels on 25 August 1924; 23 February 1968, and 21 December 1979 respectively. The UK ratified the Convention on 2 June 1930, the 1968 Protocol on 1 October 1976, and (the 1979 Protocol on 21 December 1979. Hong Kong was included in the UK ratifications. The PRC is not a party to the Convention of the Protocols.
