1. As I mentioned on the telephone today, I attach Hong Kong telno 1466 along with the three draft discussion papers and one brief explanatory note on telecommunications conventions.

2. HKG would like us to fill in the blanks in items 19.1, 19.7 and 19.8 (TUR para 3 refers) and also to supply them with the relevant documents. I would be grateful if you could look into this. I will then forward any information you can provide to Bart Ireland in HKG.
