Each State Party to the Convention is required:
(a)
to take
whatever
measures may
necessary be
to
establish
its
jurisdiction
over
such
crimes
committed in
its territory; or on board its ships
or aircraft; or by its nationals (Article 3);
prevention
of such crimes,
by taking all practicable preventive
exchanging
information (Article 4);
(b)
to
cooperate
in
the
particularly
measures
and
and
(c)
to take appropriate measures to ensure an alleged offender's presence for the purpose of prosecution
or extradition (Article 6).
