STATUTE 1(1): As this applies to eligibility for gaining admission there is

no need to change it.

STATUTE 1(4): Delete the phrase "or which is established within a country

which ceases to be within the Commonwealth

ADD new STATUTE 1(5): "Any existing Member whose country ceases to be within

the Commonwealth may if it wishes, continue in membership with the approval of the Council."

RENUMBER STATUTE 1(5) & (6) as 1(6) & 1(7)
