HONG KONG: ASIA AND PACIFIC PLANT PROTECTION AGREEMENT

1. I should be grateful if you could see if these papers are consistent with the Instrument of Ratification and the Instrument of Acceptance. It also concerns us that there is no mention of Hong Kong in the actual draft.

2. I attach legislation and previous minuting and on this subject.

I should also be grateful for an early consideration since UND will need to clear this with Rome.
