PLANT PROTECTION AGREEMENT : INSTRUMENT OF ACCEPTANCE

I would expect the Instrument of Acceptance for these latest amendments (on the question of whether it need mention Hong Kong) to follow the precedents of our Instrument of Ratification of the original Agreement and our Instrument of Acceptance of the previous amendments. These latter Instruments are not among my papers, but I suspect that NTCD have already ensured that the documents are consistent.
