Between July 1991 and December 1991,
Paul KAN (also known as Paul Chien)
unlawfully trafficked in a dangerous drug, namely approximately 3.5 kilograms of heroin, contrary to sections 4(1)(a) and (3) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap. 134.
within the jurisdiction of the United States of America.
Now I hereby, by this Order under my hand and seal, signify to you that such requisition has been made, and require you to proceed in accordance with this Order, the Extradition Act 1989 and Schedule 1 to the Extradition Act 1989, and the said arrangement in respect to the said Paul KAN (also known as Paul Chien).
