Encouraging progress made so far hope this continues.

Hong Kong Emigration
Latest reports indicate that applications to emigrate to Canada and Australia were down 49% and 13% respectively in 1991. Partly due to recession, but anecdotal evidence suggests that general confidence in Hong Kong is higher than
for some years.
Hope our passport scheme had something to do with this.
