Thank you for your letter of 6 August addressed
to Ms Christina Tsang, which we discussed whilst I was in
the FCO.
There is little поге I can say on the line to take with the HMOCS Association. Whilst we would be content for you to use this line, you should be aware that the HMOCS Association are likely to say that in accordance with historical and constitutional precedents and obligations, HMOCS officers should be considered before DS officers for posts in the remaining Dependent Territories.
