In accordance with Circular No. 1/88, I wish to join the New Pension Scheme for Judicial Officers and have all my service attracting pension under the Pensions Ordinance (Cap. 89) to be taken into account as pensionable service under the Pension Benefits (Judicial Officers) Ordinance and Regulations 1988. I fully understand that the Pensions Ordinance and Regulations (Cap. 89) will cease to be applicable to me upon my transfer to the new scheme.
