Kong may be extended, which undertaking you have, of course, already
signed.
In view of your impending arrival, the advisory documents
which are normally appended to the Memorandum on Conditions of
Service for the information of new appointees will be handed to you
upon your arrival.
I shall be grateful if you will kindly inform me in writing
whether you accept the offer of appointment on the terms and
conditions set out above and, that being so, confirm that you will
take up the appointment on September 2, 1991.
