Brief Scope of Contract
1. Central and Wanchai Reclamation - Phase
I - reclamation of about 20 ha and
construction of around 1,110 metres of seawall between Rumsey Street and Star Ferry to provide land for the expansion of the Central Business Area and the Airport Railway Terminus as well as construction of replacement ferry piers and air conditioning intake facilities. (consideration is now being given to entrustment of the project to MTRC) (Contract No. UA 11/91)
2. West Kowloon Reclamation, Southern Area
Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter Reclamation (Contract No. CV/91/02) - Reclamation of about 56ha in the Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter.
3. West Kowloon Reclamation Northern Area
Phase II (Contract No. UA 9/91) - Reclamation of areas CS2 and TK2 adjacent to Tai Kok Tsui/Sham Shui Po, approximately 97ha
4. West Kowloon Reclamation - Hinterland
