(g) Add the following sentence to the end of Subclause 24.04:

"Seller's Hong Kong Warehouse will be stocked with minima. specific spare parts related to the S-70A-27 Utility Helicopters for a minimum time period of five years from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Return to Flight Status for the first S-70A-27 Helicopter to be delivered hereunder."

(h) Add the following sentence to the end of Subclause 24.05:

"Such technical representative shall provide service to th Government for both S-76 and S-70A-27 helicopter requirements."

Clause 31. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE is hereby amended by the deletion o subparagraph (ii) and the substitution of the following therefore:

"(ii) Specification and/or S-70A-27 Specification"

Clause 36. SPECIAL FLIGHT TESTS is hereby amended by the deletion o the first sentence of the Section in its entirety and the substitutio. of the following therefor:

"Flight test work required for prototyping, functional checkout O qualification of any additional equipment contracted for which is no listed in Paragraph 7 of the Specification or in the S-70A-2 Specification, as applicable, may be performed by the Seller on th Government's first Helicopter which is to be equipped with suc additional equipment, prior to transfer of title thereto to th

Government."

Clause 38. GOVERNMENT - FURNISHED EQUIPMENT is hereby amended by th addition of a new subparagraph (c) as follows:

"(c) The parties agree that the Government has no requirement to furnish any equipment to the Seller with regard to the S-70A-27 Utility Helicopters as more fully described in the Specification."
