"means the detail specification for the Sikorsky S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter document SES-700218 dated February 5, 1992 a copy of which has been provided to the Government and is hereby incorporated by reference, as such S-70A Specification may be amended from time to time”.
Clause 3. AIRCRAFT, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES is hereby amended as follows:
(a) Subclause 3,01 is amended by inserting the following sentence at the end of the first paragraph:
"The Seller shall manufacture and deliver to the Government two (2) S-70A-27 Utility Helicopters in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, certified in accordance with FAA requirements unless otherwise noted, and in the configuration and as described in the S-70A Specification referenced below."
(b) Subclause 3.01 is further amendedto add the following subparagraph (e):
"(e) Two (2) S-70A-27 Utility Helicopters shall be configured ir. accordance with the S-70A Specification, which provides for the Helicopters to be equipped with the items of equipment as specified in Exhibit I, attached here to and made a part hereof. The Delivery Schedule, Unit Price and Payment Schedule for these Helicopters is as specified in Paragraphs, and below respectively. The Seller shall provide the Services as described in the Services List contained in Exhibit C, as amended, attached hereto and made a part hereof."
