Not less than Seventy-Five Percent (758), scheduled to arrive in Hong Kong six weeks prior to arrival of the first S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter. The balance of 25% will be delivered approximately by June 1993.
As noted in Clause 24.01, as amended, a detailed listing
detailed listing of part numbers and quantities of spare parts and ground support equipment that comprises the Initial Provisioning identified in this subparagraph 3 is specified in Exhibit J. In the event any items identified in Exhibit J, as such Equipment List may be amended, become unavailable for delivery in accordance with the provisions hereof due to reasons identified in Clause 15, Seller shall provide the Government with written notification thereof and
inform the Government of the
anticipated delivery schedule for the item(s) thus delayed."
In addition to the Contract Price specified in Schedule 1, as amended, the Government agrees to pay to
