Clause 3. AIRCRAFT, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES is hereby amended as follows:
(a) Subclause 3,01 is amended by inserting the following sentence at the end of the first paragraph:
"The Seller shall manufacture and deliver to the Government two (2) S-70A-27 Utility Helicopters in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, certified in accordance with FAA requirements unless otherwise noted, and in the configuration and as described in the S-70A Specification referenced below."
(b) Subclause 3.01 is further amended to add the following subparagraph (e):
"(e) Two (2) S-70A-27 Utility Helicopters shall be configured in accordance with the S-70A Specification, which provides for the Helicopters to be equipped with the items of equipment as specified in Exhibit I, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Delivery Schedule, Unit Price and Payment Schedule for these Helicopters is as specified in Paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 beto respectively. The Seller shall provide the Services as described in the Services List contained in Exhibit C, as amended, attached hereto and made a part hereof."
