Q10

Will you

deport

those who are likely to

face

capital punishment for crimes committed in Vietnam?

A10

It

our normal practice to ask the receiving country whether deportees will face capital punishment for any previous crimes. None of the 10 deportees on board this flight will face capital punishment.

Q11

A11

Since we can't see the deportees, how do we know for sure that they are deportees and not "trouble markers" who could only be put on board the flight by force?
