Q10
Will you
deport
those who are likely to
face
capital punishment for crimes committed in Vietnam?
A10
It
our normal practice to ask the receiving country whether deportees will face capital punishment for any previous crimes. None of the 10 deportees on board this flight will face capital punishment.

A11
Since we can't see the deportees, how do we know for sure that they are deportees and not "trouble markers" who could only be put on board the flight by force?

This is not the way we do things here. There is no trick in this. Embassy, Vietnamese Government and (has a very important monitoring role) in will meet all/all returnees at Hanoi Airport and all will proceed through same return procedure Co Nhue reception centre, return home, monitoring and assistance.
