h. making arrangements for the Governor's tours through
the Territory in concert with the Aide-de-Camp.
The duties of an Aide-de-Camp may include:-
a. supervision of the servants and other staff of
Government House.
b. general supervision of Government House and grounds.

arrangements of the meals and the control of wines and
stores.
d. keeping of the Governor's private expense accounts.
e.
regular inspection of the Visitors' Book and informing
the Governor of any distinguished visitors.
f. issuing invitations to Dinners and other functions at
Government House.
g. arranging the Table Plan for official Dinners, etc.
h. meeting distinguished visitors or guests arriving to
stay at Government House.
i. accompanying the Governor (or the Governor's wife) to
official or other functions.
j. representing the Governor on certain occasions, eg
funerals.
k. executing the arrangements made for the Governor's
tours through the Territory.
Where there is no full-time ADC, the above duties are
generally shared between the Governor's spouse and the
Private Secretary.
