The findings of an opinion survey conducted by the Hong Kong

Statistics and Commercial Research Institute commissioned by this

newspaper indicate that most of the citizens feel that the

primary concern of the next Hong Kong governor 15 to handle the

livelihood concerns of the grassroots in Hong kong. To the

average citizen, the speeding up of the democratization

political system that democratic organisations hope the next Hong

kong governor will put his effort into only ranks fifth, i.e..
