reference to the 'prima facie' evidence do not call for
comment or response. It would however be prudent to
acknowledge this latest letter (if only to forestall
further letters from Mr Cahill complaining that he is
being ignored). But in keeping with the agreed approach
of not being drawn into a debate by correspondence about
matters which are for the courts to consider, the draft
reply which I submit is short and, I think,
self-explanatory
