UK4 Discovery Judgment
I enclose copy of a fax dated 1st March 1991 together with enclosures relating to the use by Kevin Cahill, whom we know as one of Osman's active P.R. agents, of the confidential telex on 20th December 1985 which was held to be immune from production by the Divisional Court in UK4.
You will note from the third paragraph of the letter that DPP has asked for the comments of the Treasury Solicitor on the use of the documents.
As I mentioned, I have only received the fax today and I am away from the office for the whole of next week.
