TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE CLAIMS FOR ATTENDANCE AT JÉG XX

1.

I spoke to a member of your section last week about submitting subsistence claims for those travelling from post to attend the twentieth Joint Liaison Group meeting in London, 23-28 September inclusive.

2. I attach copies of form XE163 completed on behalf of Mr Galsworthy, Mr Paul, Mr Coates and Mr Garrett. I have retained the original forms so that further details and costs can be filled on their arrival. Accommodation in central London has been arranged.

I would be grateful if you could arrange for the appropriate amount of subsistence to be paid directly into their bank accounts as soon as possible. I believe that information about the individuals' bank accounts is held by Finance Department.
