I am enclosing herewith some relevant extracts from the Reference Manual No. 1 for your reference. I would appreciate receiving your comments and advice on this issue as to whether there is any thing the British Red Cross Society can do to help securing the British Government's recognition of the services of our staff which, as in the case of those working for firms and organisations closely related to Britain, may qualify for some merit points in the British Nationality Selection Scheme.
