LIST OF BRITISH UNDERTAKINGS
Many thanks for your fax of 10 January which clarifies the position on a number of the names on the list for me. In looking through the papers once again a few further questions have occurred to me:
List A
Lloyds Underwriters, which appeared on List A of your fax of 21 December and on which we had not previously been consulted, is not registered at Companies House. Can you be more specific on the exact name?
List B

Chubb Electronics HK Ltd/Chubb HK Ltd Racal Chubb is not registered at Companies House. Is the ultimate parent company Racal Electronics which is registered there? If so, in line with others on the list we will need a shareholding figure.
When Secretary of State's briefing is finally out of the way, there will be more time to devote to this.
