I am not sure how Lloyd's Underwriters got through the net but they were in fact considered and dismissed by the committee some time ago. The name is of course a generic term and it should therefore be removed from list A.
I have been in touch with Chubb and was informed the ultimate parent company is indeed Racal Electronics, with a holding of 50% in each company,
