To take the points raised one by one, I confirm that:

Seatrade has been deleted from list A and now features on list B/C;

Plessey Company Plc should be taken off List A. However, I shall be putting to the Committee when they next meet, the company Plessey Far East Limited which is wholly owned by Siemens Plc reporting to them via Singapore. Plessey Far East Ltd was in fact wholly owned by the Plessey Company Plo until the Siemens' take over in 1989;

Parent of BTR Dunlop China is indeed BTR Plc;

e) Binnie & Partners' operate out of Redhill as a partnership.

Their MD in Hong Kong confirms the local operation is 80% owned by the UK partnership;

South China Aero Technology should feature only on the Swire's subsidiaries list;

Guardian Investment Holdings Ltd is quite mysterious. The only reference we can find now is in Who Owns Whom where it is listed as being wholly owned by South West Resources Plc. The company does not appear in any of our directories nor is it listed with the telephone company. I propose to raise the name again at the next Committee meeting and unless one of the members has personal knowledge of the company, suggest it be deleted.
