Following the formal appointment of the Steering Committee by the Governor on 26 November 1990, I have the honour to inform you that the first meeting of the Steering Committee will be held on Friday, 21 December 1990, at 2:30 p.m., at the Chief Secretary's Conference Room on 5/F, Central Government Offices, Main Wing, Lower Albert Road.
