I send you herewith a copy of a letter I have received from an NGO called Development Universal Challenge Africa Projects Association in which they are seeking our support for ex-HongKong British nationals who would like to invest in Kenya.

Naturally, this Ministry would welcome and support any investment proposals from these nationals depending on the type of projects they wish to undertake. However, before pursuing the matter further, I thought I should seek your advice as to whether the proposed emigration is known to you.
