Mr. Chen is the Vice President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong and also Chairman of the Working Group.
He is the Chairman of the Nominating Committee of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited
Mr. Chen is also a Council member of the Anglo Hong Kong Trust.
