Bearing in mind such points of views, I will visit

China early next year to deepen and expand the already

existing political dialogue with her.

If

the United Kingdom wants Japan to convey any

message to China, or refer to certain issues, including

the question of Hong Kong, on which we have expressed

our view to China on every possible occasion,

please let me know. I would be more than

willing to refer your views to China on the grounds

of the close relationship between Japan and the

United Kingdom.
