1. Thank you for the copy of the record of the above meeting.

I note in paragraph 6. that TSD have been actioned to inspect the site and obtain coordinates for line of sight with the satellites.

As the latter is an action proper to ISD (0), I have this morning spoken to D Glassett who informed me that he has given these coordinates to Mr Bertram, OED.

TSD do not intend at this stage to inspect the site. However our Technical Security Officers in Hong Kong will be available for consultation during Mr Bertram's visit later this month.
