EXECUTION OF REQUESTS

The Requested Side will take whatever steps appear to it to be necessary to give effect to a request received from the Requesting Side and will respond to the request as soon as practicable after it has been received.

execution of а request will be in accordance with the domestic law of the Requested Side.
