a certificate issued by or on behalf of the Central
Authority of the Requesting Side stating:
i)
where the person against whom the order is made did not appear in the proceedings which
resulted in the aforementioned order, that the
person received notice of the proceedings and the date upon which notification took place;
ii) that the order is in force and not subject to
appeal;
iii) that all OT 2 certain
amount of the Sum
payable under the order remains unpaid in the jurisdiction of the Requesting Side;
iv) that the order has the purpose of recovering
payments Or other rewards received in
connection with drug trafficking ΟΙ their
value; and

as far as possible,

which can be realised in satisfaction of the
