(a) in subsection (1)

(b)

(i) the definitions of "confiscation order"

"defendant", "drug trafficking offence" and

"material" shall be omitted;

(ii) in the definition of "drug trafficking" the

words "(other than an offence under section

25)" shall be omitted;

in subsection (2) for the list of expressions and

relevant provisions there shall be substituted
