A press release will be issued to explain the Designation Order on the date of submission to the Legislative Council.

A Legislative Council Brief will be issued. It will be confined only to

the making of the Designation Order, and will not cover our bilateral arrangements with other jurisdictions, as according to normal international practice such agreements are not made public until they come into effect.
