MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN DRUG TRAFFICKING CASES

In order to establish arrangements between Hong Kong and Gibraltar whereby each will provide to the other mutual assistance, to the extent possible within their respective laws, in the restraint and the confiscation of the proceeds of drug trafficking, I have the honour to propose that Hong Kong and Gi- braltar make designation orders in respect of each other under the provisions of their respective anti-drug trafficking legislation.
