have the honour to confirm that Gibraltar is willing to designate Hong
Hong Kong under the Gibraltar Drug Trafficking Offences Ordinance 1988 thereby affording Hong Kong access to the powers created by that Ordinance for the enforce- ment of external orders and restraint of property in connection with proceedings outside Gibraltar.
