"獲授權人"(authorized officer)指
(a)
任何警務人員;
(b)
根據《海關條例》(第342章)第3條設立的海關的任何 成員;及
(c)
律政司為本條例的目的而以書面授權的其他人;
"權益"(interest)對財產來說,包括權利。
