was

agreed that the reference to such

convictions in the

agreement could probably be deleted

since HK law did not provide for such convictions and U.S.

law did only :

(a) where the accused had been removed for disrupting

the proceedings; or

(b) where the accused had fled following presentation

of the Crown case.
