INFORMATION NOTE
Organization of the Conference
The Twenty-first FAO Regional Conference for Asia and the Pacific will be held at the Convention Hall, Ashok Hotel, New Delhi, from 10 to 14 February 1992.
1.
The normal working hours of the Conference will be 09.30 12.30 hours and 14.30 17.30 hours.

Each morning the Order of the Day will give detailed information on the timetable and items to be discussed.

Liaison with the Press and Information
5.
For the duration of the Conference an FAO Press Officer, assisted by a liaison attaché of the Government of India will provide contacts with the press and be responsible for matters concerning information to the public.
Documentation
The working documents will be sent to all invited governments and organizations before the Conference opens. Documents drafted during the Conference will be available at the Documents Distribution Desk outside
the Conference Hall.

The staff at the Desk will distribute correspondence and messages and provide general information. The Desk will also act as a lost property office.
