UN HUMAN RIGHTS FELLOWSHIPS 1991: HONG KONG CANDIDATES
1. I enclose for onward transmission the nomination forms and a covering letter from Darwin Chen who called on you and us earlier.
2. I would be grateful if you could forward the forms to the Centre. We discussed briefly the funding of the fellowships. It would be helpful if this could be done between yourselves and the Hong Kong office in Geneva. But should we need to go via Finance Department here I can arrange that.
