PITCAIRN: ALLOCATION OF CALL SIGNS

1. I enclose copies of recent correspondence between Hong Kong Department (HKD), FCO and Government House, Hong Kong, concerning the allocation of call signs.

2.

This seems to be good news for the islanders. Pamela Major, HKD, has said that it may well take up to a year to settle this matter; when this is done it will then be possible to decide how the money should be transferred to the islanders.
