Ariticle 29
claim
A maritime lien is
against shipowners,
a security for a privileged
bareboat charterers or ship
operators as
are provided for in Article 30 of this
code, with respect to which the claimant has the right
to take priority in compensation out of the proceeds of
sale of the vessel in respect of which the said claim
had arisen.
