The scheme of the

reciprocity

Convention

does not require

in the sense that the law to be applied

may be that of a non Contracting Party (Article 6).

The Convention applies to revocations (Article 2)

and testamentary dispositions made by 2 or more persons in

one document (Article 4).

Certain

reservations may be made by Contracting

Parties in respect of the determination of the testator's

domicile (Article 9), and oral testamentary dispositions

made by its nationals (Article 10). A reservation may also

made with regard to the non-recognition of foreign forms

States

As a general rule, unless Contracting
