Meanwhile, your Government may wish to give preliminary consideration to the arrangements to be made regarding its participation in the Conference. In this connection, I should be grateful if you would be good enough to communicate to me, at your earliest convenience, the names and titles of the delegates who will represent your country at the Conference and of any advisers accompanying them.
