In the light of the frend para 3 of Mr James' minute, I think that Hk's paper, para 6 an benefits, needs to be expanded so as to

pout out the advantages of membership (lower rental costs, etc).

Hk's draft para 6 is too general, since apparently the benefits of participating in exhibitions can in

practice be enjoyed by non-member,

to exhibit, as opposed to permission to participate being granted at the discretion of the organises this should be expt is important to HIC,
